The results are in and the majority of you were on the money. We’re expecting a sister for Sloane in August! We’re very excited and Suzi is busy working on colors and decoration for the new nursery. So far, the pregancy has been very similar to the last one; Suzi has felt pretty good for the most part. It’s an amazing thing when you think about all the changes that are going on with her body.

The biggest thing going on with Sloane right now is her teeth. They are really coming in and we love her goofy smile. We laugh out loud every time she shows them off. She picked up crawling a few weeks ago, a bit late considering she started walking at 10 1/2 months. But, she’s totally mobile now. She’s also finally gotten rid of a pretty nice black eye, a result of a run-in with the floor. It didn’t go particularly well with her Easter dress, but I’d say she pulled it off nicely.

One of Suzi’s best friends, Remle, and her daughter, Delaney, came to town for a visit. Delaney is a doll and both toddlers had a great time together. Be sure to check out some really good pics of them in the Photos section. We also recently cruised down to the Virginia Beach area to visit Suzi’s mom and stepdad. They were thrilled to see Sloane and we always enjoy visiting. As a side note, her stepdad, Nell, and I went to see Leatherheads. A few funny moments, but if you’re looking for a good flick, I would skip this one.
