We are 9 days in to the new year, and I think it has snowed every day and isn’t supposed to let up for the next week. It is really beautiful, fluffy snow that is perfect for playing!

Today was a great day to take the girls out to build a snowman and enjoy the snow. After spending 45 minutes getting “suited up” (I’m one of those crazy moms that puts my kids in 2 pairs of gloves, 3 pairs of pants, a snowsuit, 4 shirts, 2 pairs of socks, scarves, hats, hoods and jackets) it was time to get outside. Amazingly enough, with all of those layers my kids were still able to move!

We had a great time playing and it was all I could do to get Sloane inside. She loves the snow, but too bad for her, Reese can only take so much of it (as you’ll notice from some of the pics)!
