Girls Rule!

That’s the word on Parkovash after our 20 week sonogram this past Monday the 23rd. Suzi and I are thrilled to announce that we’ll be expecting a baby girl this March. It was very obvious to our doctor, although we really had to take his word for it, those sonograms are tough to read. There must have been some obvious signals emanating from Suzi’s belly though. We recently learned about the gambling surrounding the sex and birth weight of the baby. Amazingly, Mom, Dad, Matt, Jenn, and Eric all guessed girl. Jeff was the only one that was really thinking it would be a boy. Sorry dude. We didn’t toss any chips in so we’re stoked either way. Suzi thinks it’s funny that we’ll still be a houseful of girls, our dogs included of course. However, there will be plenty of time to strike the right balance!

So what you are saying is my EXTREMELY scientific method of determing whether its a girl or boy is wrong? I’ll have to re-examine my procedures and try again some time soon.

I couldn’t be more excited for you both! A baby girl…I feel certain that nothing could be more of a blessing. I’m still tearing up everytime I think about it. You both have so much to offer your precious daugther. Stay rested and healthy and ignore all the advice you will get (and you will get tons)except… start buying diapers and wipes TODAY!
Congrats again! Delaney can’t wait to meet her best friend!

We are so excited for you guys! Suzi is looking so motherly with her cute little belly! I remember when I first was showing, I was so excited on how “big” I was getting, only to realize that you get so much bigger and those first belly pictures just looked like I ate too much ice cream! Take lots of pictures of that growing belly and enjoy this time of pregnancy – it goes by so fast! I can’t believe Owen is already 9 months old!
Give us a call when you have some “free time” so we all can get together for dinner or something! And let us know if you need anything at all!
